Welcome to The Tulalip Tribes Sex Offender Registration and Notification Website.

On this site you can search for information about sex offenders that are registered with the Tulalip Police Department as required by Chapter 3.22.

Pursuant to the Adam Walsh Child Protection Act, any convicted sex offender who lives, works, or attends school within the exterior boundaries of the Tulalip Tribes Reservation, must register as a Sex Offender with the Tulalip Police Department, in addition to any other state, territory, or tribal jurisdiction.

Conditions of Use:

By using this website, the user (1) consents to and agrees to abide by and be subject to any and all policies/disclaimers/terms and conditions for access applicable to the Tulalip Tribes Sex Offender Website that is being accessed. (2) Waives any and all rights that the user may or might have against the Tulalip Tribes and employees arising out of and/or reliance on this website. (3) Accepts and agrees that nothing herein waives the sovereign immunity of the Tulalip Tribes, or any of its officials, employees, or contractors. Nothing herein shall grant state court jurisdiction over any matter arising hereunder.

The information provided on this site is intended for community safety purposes only and should not be used to threaten, intimidate or harass. Misuse of this information may result in criminal prosecution. All public agencies and employees and officials of the Tulalip Tribes, and all individuals or entities acting at the request or upon the direction of any law enforcement agency, are immune from civil liability for damages for good faith compliance with the requirements of the Tulalip Tribes Sex Offender Registration Notification Act (SORNA) or for the release of information under (SORNA), and shall be presumed to have acted in good faith in compiling, recording, reporting, or releasing of information. The presumption of good faith is not overcome if a technical or clerical error is made, including but limited to errors made because information is imcomplete or incorrect.

The Community Notification System is available so you can be notified by e-mail when a sex offender registers a home, work, or school address on the Tulalip Indian Reservation and that registration would be of interest to you.
